وبخصوص نتائج المباريات الودية: “لا داعي للقلق بسبب نتائج المباريات الودية، نحن نجرب العديد من الأفكار والأمور داخل الملعب تتطلب وقتًا، ولا يمكن تغيير كل شيء في فترة قصيرة، وأطلب من الجماهير عدم القلق، وأعدهم بأننا سنقاتل في كل مباراة وسنعمل على تفادي الأخطاء وتطوير الأداء”.

واستطرد: “نحتاج لرؤية اللاعبين في مواقف أكثر تنافسية، وأنا لا أقيم اللاعبين في الإعلام، بل داخل الغرف المغلقة وبعد أشهر قليلة، سيتضح للجميع مدى استفادتنا من الصفقات الجديدة”.
